Turntable Machine KDT

The KDT turntable machine offers everything you need for cost-effective packaging of consumer products in small to medium quantities. From low acquisition costs and economical format parts to high energy efficiency and a well-thought-out machine concept.

In its basic configuration, the KDT features a turntable with four sealing tools and a sealing unit for thermal sealing. As the GMP-compliant KDT medplus®, the compact system can also be used for sensitive healthcare products.

Blister Machine KBS-C medplus®

Developed for the highest demands, the next generation KOCH medplus® continues our expertise in blister and packaging machines. The machine concept combines a large forming area with compact dimensions.

This compactness, combined with simple design and setup, enables alternating use in standard packaging areas and in cleanrooms up to ISO class 7.

Blister Machine KBS-PT

Fast format changes, high packaging capacity, and flexibility in processing different formats and materials. This is what the concept of the KBS-PT blister machine stands for.

The sealing pallets can be changed in the shortest possible time. During format changes, only individual format parts are replaced, not the entire set. This makes it easier to package small batches economically.

For processing pre-formed blisters, a configuration with the KS-PT sealing machine is recommended.
